  1. Can I pay my bill online?  That is our goal and we are very close.
  2. Do we change locks?  No, this is our most common question.  When Petro-Lock started over 50 years ago, it was a locked box system where customers received actual keys to unlock the pumps for use.  That is where the name was derived from: the petroleum lock-and-key system.
  3. Can I pay my bill with a credit card?  Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover both for bill-pay and at our pumps.  You can currently make your payment over the phone or come into our facility.
  4. Can I sign up for paperless billing?  Yes, a simple call to our credit department will add you to our email request list.
  5. Can I order online?  Not at this time.
  6. Do you have a product catalogue?  We have many product categories that can benefit a large range of customers from automotive to heavy-duty.  With the ever-changing market we don’t have a complete listing but we are able to special order most anything.  Any additional questions can be advised by anyone of our expert sales team members.
